I started my fitness journey in early 2016, after being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Disease (PCOD) a condition developed by the imbalance of hormones. I was put on homeopathic medications. Well, I was a complete food junkie with zero workout principles due to which I ended up being overweight and had an unhealthy mindset about living a good lifestyle. I knew that if I don't take care of my body now, I would suffer later and that's when I started soaking up a healthy diet and workout. At the same time, I gained vast knowledge on fat loss, healthy eating and exercise programming by reading articles on the internet, research papers and nutrition books.

There's been no stopping me ever since I started my fitness journey. No wonder it took time to switch the whole routine but sooner did I know, it was all worth it. Within a few months I was PCOD free. This condition drove me towards a fit body, mind and soul. Now a Media graduate was a Fitness enthusiast who was more passionate about Health and Fitness. In no time I did a Diploma in Nutrition and Exercise. And now I am a Certified Personal Coach and a Certified Nutritionist in Clinical, Obesity and Sports.
I’ve since continued my education and growth in the fitness industry with the following certifications:

My mission is to help you if you are at present struggling to keep up with a healthy lifestyle and tired of not seeing results by following fad diets. I want to change the perspective that diet is not about eating less but eating the right way. Well, this is how I ended up getting aligned with the true purpose of my life which is to support everyone to live a healthier lifestyle effortlessly.
