All bookings must be made in advance through the website or via official communication.

All payments must be completed before the consultation begins. We use secure third-party payment gateways.

4. Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling.

5. No Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for any of our services. Please refer to our Refund Policy below.
